Per Werner, Co-Owner
Originally from Wisconsin, Peter's journey took him from the Midwest to the heart of Texas, where he now co-owns Cocktails and Dreams, a premier mobile bar service catering to the Woodlands, Houston, and beyond. After graduating high school in 2008, Peter proudly served in the Army before transitioning to the Texas National Guard in 2013. His dedication to service continued as he joined the Houston Fire Department in 2017, demonstrating his commitment to his community.
With a love for crafting exceptional cocktails that bring people together, Peter has been bartending since 2010, honing his skills and expanding his knowledge in mixology.
When he's not shaking up cocktails, you might find him enjoying the vibrant local food scene or spending time outdoors with his beautiful wife, Ashley, and his three children (Brycen-15, Jackson-12, Mia-6).
Peter’s unique background and genuine spirit make Cocktails and Dreams more than just a mobile bar service — it’s a celebration of connection, community, and unforgettable moments.
Noah Coffelt, Co-Owner
Born and raised in Houston, Noah has deep roots in the community, having spent the last 20 years living in The Woodlands. A graduate of Magnolia High School, he pursued his passion for service through education at Lone Star College, focusing on Fire Science and Emergency Medicine. Noah proudly serves as a firefighter for the Timber Lakes Fire Department, embodying his commitment to helping others.
With a vibrant background in the food industry, Noah has worn many hats — from serving tables and bartending to managing bars and creating innovative menus.
In April 2016, he married his soulmate, and two years later, they welcomed their perfect daughter, Sawyer.
As a co-owner of Cocktails and Dreams, Noah channels his extensive experience and love for drink creation and guest service into creating unforgettable experiences for every event. His warmth and dedication make each gathering special, transforming ordinary moments into cherished memories.
